Sam Bregman

Sam is the lead litigator for the firm.  He has developed extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal settings, having served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of New Mexico from 1994 through 1997 and having previously operated a private litigation practice.  Mr. Bregman served on the Albuquerque City Council from 1995 until 1999 and has also served as Deputy State Auditor for the State of New Mexico.  He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Mexico and a J.D. from the UNM School of Law.


Eric Loman


Eric Loman is an associate attorney with Bregman & Loman. Eric is a native New Mexican and was an accountant in his former life. He is a graduate of the UNM School of Law and he has been with the firm since January, 2003. Eric graduated with honors from New Mexico State University and earned Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees. Eric has conducted numerous trials in the fields of commerical litigation and civil rights.
