| Sam is the lead litigator for the firm. He has developed extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal settings, having served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of New Mexico from 1994 through 1997 and having previously operated a private litigation practice. Mr. Bregman served on the Albuquerque City Council from 1995 until 1999 and has also served as Deputy State Auditor for the State of New Mexico. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Mexico and a J.D. from the UNM School of Law. | |

| Jackie practices real estate and property tax law, including transactional work for commercial, industrial and residential development projects. Ms. Bregman has been in private practice in Albuquerque since 1989 and has extensive experience in boundary, zoning, easement and title disputes as well as tax-refund litigation and appeals. She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Touro College, New York. | |

| Bob practices in the commercial transactions, real estate, banking, foreclosure, and estate planning arenas. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Clark associated with a private practice in Raton, New Mexico, and served as Vice President of International Bank, Raton. Both positions provided in-depth experience in banking, administration, foreclosure and collections. He obtained a B.A. and M.A. from Texas Tech University and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University, New York. |
